We purchased a Mazda CX-5 on the 22nd. We called ahead to look at a specific vehicle, and Luis had two cars completely cleaned off from snow and heated up ready for us to test drive when we got there. He was extremely helpful and went through all of the features with us and never pressured us once. We were also helped by Jason who helped when it came to valuing our trade-in and other financial aspects. He was very down-to-earth and upfront about the pricing and the dealership's intentions. Honesty is always appreciated! We were not sales pitched once, and I loved that! Adam in finance was also awesome! Once we got back there, everything was ready and it went super fast! Everyone was so nice and they were all very patient with our 1-year-old, she made a lot of new friends. My only complaint is they wouldn't let me keep a giant bow for the car lol. Overall a great buying experience.
Every time we come here it’s a great experience! Purchased our vehicle with Tim, he is just the best. Super knowledgeable and friendly, got us what we wanted for a fair price. Whenever I call them with questions or visit for a service I get treated really well by the staff from every single department. We car shopped at several dealerships in the area and this one was far and away the best.
Jay was AWESOME!!! I needed to wait a few months to make my purchase, and he remembered me when I returned and helped me choose the best match for me. He did not pressure me and was very patient and understanding cause I am a very picky person. He walked us through everything without a hitch. Then, Eric in finance was just as helpful. He made that portion of the transaction painless. I can’t say enough good things about Mazda of Everett!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I will be a customer forever!! I've owned a Mazda for 7 years but never have taken my car to Mazda of Everett until 2/3/23. I've never experienced such GENUINE kindness from the owner down to every staff member I came in contact with. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I encountered kindness and courtesy. I was starting to believe customer service was a thing of the past until Mazda of Everett renewed my trust. I will only take my car to Mazda of Everett even if I have to drive the distance; it's worth it.
